How does it work?
Use our desktop scanning tools to scan documents directly into the KnowledgeTree repository, or use HotFolders technology for automated, bulk scanning. Hot Folders create properties in an XML file as the document is scanned, and ensure that documents are saved to the appropriate location. It runs unattended, so staff can do something else.
Integration with best of breed scanning solutions like Kofax Capture and CAPSYS CAPTURE means that you can effectively handle document volumes of any size in any industry. You can also take advantage of the advanced features of those products, like character recognition and form field capture to turn paper into a digital asset. With CAPSYS CAPTURE, you can effectively capture documents from anywhere at any time with a thin-client application that requires no client software to be installed, upgraded or maintained. CAPSYS CAPTURE is available either as an on-premise license purchase or on-demand as a subscription in the SaaS model.
Scanned documents can be made to initiate KnowledgeTree workflows, such as approval processes. You can eliminate desk-to-desk paper routing with consistent and defined document processes.
