How does it work?
Create a folder and subfolders and upload all the documents related to the deal — proposals, contracts, term sheets, notes, financial statements. Instead of emailing multiple versions of these documents, now they’ll all be in one place.
Use KnowledgeTree’s flexible permissions model to give access to partners, vendors, attorneys, auditors and anyone else who needs to participate in the deal. Not everyone needs to see all documents, so you can decide who can view or alter particular files.
Set document alerts to notify the parties whenever content is uploaded or modified, and expedite multiple rounds of review and revisions. Use discussion threads to comment or ask questions in context so that everyone is kept up to date on progress.
